How to return your order
At 0815 SOCIETY, we encourage mindful and sustainable purchasing decisions by minimizing unnecessary transportation and returns whenever possible.
To support this, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping. If there are any relevant changes to sizing, fit, or product details, we will inform our customers as early as possible.
If you would like to return an item, please complete our return form. Once we receive your request, we will provide a digital QR code for a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs are covered by 0815 SOCIETY.
The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free from stains or odors (except for trying on for sizing purposes).
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included and remain intact.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, 0815 SOCIETY reserves the right to reject the return and send the item back to the customer. Any resulting shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
