TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 0815 SOCIETY

01 — SCOPE
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts concluded between 0815 SOCIETY ("Seller") and any consumer or business customer ("Customer") through the online store.
1.2 A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
02 — CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1 The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By completing the online ordering process and clicking the order button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
2.3 The Seller may accept the Customer's offer within five (5) days by:
• sending an order confirmation by email
• dispatching the ordered goods
• requesting payment
The contract is concluded at the moment one of the above actions occurs.
2.4 If PayPal Express or another instant payment method is used, the contract is concluded upon successful initiation of the payment process.
2.5 The contract language is English.
2.6 Order processing and communication are generally carried out via email. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is valid and capable of receiving emails from the Seller.
03 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

04 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1 All prices shown in the online store are final prices.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown separately.
4.2 Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
4.3 Available payment methods are displayed in the online store.
4.4 Where advance payment is agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
05 — DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
5.1 Goods are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
5.2 If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the Customer or repeated failure to accept delivery, the Customer may be responsible for any resulting costs.
5.3 Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment.
As a small-batch brand, 0815 SOCIETY encourages mindful purchasing decisions. Customers are therefore advised to review sizing information carefully before placing an order.
06 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Customers may return eligible products within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.
6.2 To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:
• unworn
• unwashed
• unaltered
• undamaged
• with all original tags and labels attached
6.3 Return shipping costs are covered by 0815 SOCIETY. Upon approval of a return request, the Customer will receive a prepaid return label via email.
6.4 If returned items do not meet the above conditions, 0815 SOCIETY reserves the right to reject the return and send the item back to the Customer. Any resulting shipping costs may be charged to the Customer.
07 — RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of the delivered goods remains with the Seller until full payment has been received.
08 — LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
The statutory warranty rights under applicable law shall apply.
09 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1 All legal relationships between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
9.2 If the Customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the Seller's registered place of business shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, provided this is legally permissible.
